We accept returns on items that are unused, unwashed, and in their original condition, including packaging and labels. Items considered final sale, customized, or personal in nature may not be eligible for return due to hygienic or bespoke limitations.
To qualify for a return, please contact our support team within 30 days of receiving your product. Unfortunately, we are unable to process returns or refunds after this timeframe.
All returns must be authorized in advance. Simply contact us to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number before sending your item back. This helps ensure a smooth handling of your return.
After we receive your returned item and complete our inspection, we’ll notify you regarding the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original method of payment. Some returns may be subject to restocking fees, shipping cost deductions, or applicable handling charges.
Exchanges for different sizes, styles, or colors are available. Get in touch to check stock availability and understand any extra charges that may apply.
Please repack the item securely and include all original components. Don’t forget to label the parcel with your RA number and use a shipping method that provides tracking to ensure safe arrival.
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the product arrived damaged or was shipped in error. Return costs may be subtracted from the total refund if prepaid labels are used.
